Limo and Ferguson Lead Kennesaw State at Paul Short Run
17 members of KSU cross country teams raced at the Paul Short Run at the Goodman Campus Course at Lehigh University Saturday morning. The KSU women finished 22nd and the men finished 33rd In the men's 8k, freshman Brian Limo posted a time of 24:10 to finish 35th and pace the Owls. The women were led in the 6k by Emma Ferguson who ran a time of 20:59.4 to place 45th.

Five members of the KSU women's cross country competed at the Georgia Tech XC Invitational at Bouckaert Farm on Friday. Francie Butts paced the Owls in the women's 6k race. Butts ran a time of 24:18.69 to finish 54th. Samantha Hartman posted a 24:21.29 to finish 57th. Alli Hicks (24:46.77) and Harley Martz (25:08.79) took home72nd and 88th respectively.

Eight members of the Kennesaw State women's cross country team competed at the Southern Showcase at John Hunt Cross Country Running Park on Friday morning. Mayson Humpert guided the Owls in the women's 5k race. Humpert ran a time of 19:10.00 to finish 189th. Kelly Miles recorded a time of 19:14.42 to finish 194th.

Stan Sims XC Opener
23 members of the Kennesaw State men's and women's cross country teams competed at the Stan Sims Cross Country Opener at Allatoona Creek Park on Friday morning. The KSU women and men both took home third place. In the men's four mile run, freshman Bryan Limo posted a time of 19:22.75 to finish fourth and pace the Owls.

Conference USA welcomes KSU as the league’s 10th member with Monday marking their official start in the conference. The Owls compete in 18 sports, 17 of which will compete in CUSA. Only women's lacrosse will remain in the ASUN. “This is a monumental day for Kennesaw State, and we are proud to be members of Conference USA,” said Dir. of Athletics Milton Overton.
