Cross Country Programs Post Best Finishes at NCAA South Regionals
The men's and women's cross country teams finished the season at the NCAA South Regionals at John Hunt Cross Country Running Park Friday with program-best marks. Both teams recorded their best finishes at the NCAA South Regionals as the women finished 14th while the men took 19th.

Hendrick and Frick Pilot Owls at ASUN Championships
Cross country competed in the ASUN Cross Country Championships on Saturday, Oct. 30 at Disney Wide World of Sports. The women's team took home fifth place while the men's team finished ninth. Sarah Hendrick and Katie Meyer collected ASUN Second Team All-Conference honors.

Hendrick and Frick Lead Owls at
Blazer Classic
KSU cross country competed at the Blazer Classic at Veterans Park Saturday. Sarah Hendrick guided the Owls in the women's 6K race finishing third with (21:26.82) Katie Meyer ran a time of 21:50.05 and secured ninth place. Freshman Ciara Miles posted a personal-best time of 23:04.09 to finish 37th.

The Kennesaw State men's and women's cross country teams competed at the North Alabama Showcase at John Hunt Cross Country Running Park on Friday morning. The women were paced by Sarah Hendrick in the 5K, with the senior running a time of 17:29.0 to take seventh.

Program History
The Kennesaw State women's cross country team made history with their first ranking in program history. KSU was ranked No. 10 in the 2021 NCAA DI Women's Cross Country South Regional Rankings, released by the USTFCCCA Monday. KSU finished fourth at the North Alabama Showcase Sept.17.
