Owls Tie for 10th at Weather-Shortened Steelwood Collegiate
The Kennesaw State men's golf team finished tied for 10th at the Steelwood Collegiate after Sunday's final round was canceled due to weather at Steelwood Country Club. "This fall we've shown that when we get contributions from all five guys in the lineup, our team can compete at a very high level," head coach Bryant Odom said.

Owls Win Team and Individual Titles at The Scrappy at Cobblestone
Men's golf claimed the team and individual titles Tuesday at The Scrappy at Cobblestone, held at Cobblestone Golf Course. "What a gritty win today at The Scrappy by our team and Shaun (Cook) to keep the trophies in-house," head coach Bryant Odom said. "Cobblestone played brutally hard with the conditions, and honestly we didn't have our best stuff from top to bottom."

The Kennesaw State men's golf team finished in fifth place at the Cullan Brown Collegiate after Tuesday's final round was canceled due to weather at Lexington Country Club. "Unfortunately, weather kept us from completing all 54 holes, but our strong opening round once again put us right in the mix," head coach Bryant Odom said.

Shaun Cook Named Conference USA
Co-Golfer of the Week
Kennesaw State men's golfer Shaun Cook was named Conference USA Co-Golfer of the Week following a record-tying performance at the J.T. Poston Invitational. Cook fired rounds of 68-67-69 for a 6-under-par total of 204, tying the program's 54-hole record on a par-70 course. His consistent play helped him top other golfers in a competitive field.

KSU Sets Program Records in Runner-Up Finish at J.T. Poston Invitational
The Kennesaw State men's golf team finished second Tuesday at the J.T. Poston Invitational, held at the Waynesville Inn and Golf Club. The Owls posted a final-round score of 7-under-par 273 to finish at 12-under 828 for the tournament. The 7-under round marked an 18-hole program record, while the 12-under total set a 54-hole program record on a par-70 course.
