Williams and Timm Pilot Owls at
ASUN Championships
The Kennesaw State cross country teams competed in the ASUN Cross Country Championships Saturday, Oct. 29 at John Hunt XC Course. The women's team took home 4th place while the men finished 9th. Caroline Timm earned ASUN First Team All-Conference. Sarah Hendrick got ASUN Second Team All-Conference honors.

Kennesaw State University has formally accepted an invitation for membership within Conference USA.
Kennesaw State will start the transition from the Football Championship Subdivision (FCS) to the Football Bowl Subdivision (FBS)
following the 2022 football season.
The Owls will officially join Conference USA (C-USA) for all sports July 1, 2024.

Timm and Crabtree Lead Owls at Arturo Barrios Invitational
The Kennesaw State cross country teams competed at the Arturo Barrios Invitational on Saturday. In the men's 8k, Grant Crabtree led the Owls with a time of 25:05.3 to finish 76th. Koi Williams ran a time of 25:14.2 and secured 93rd. He was closely followed by Gavin Frick who took home 99th with a time of 25:17.1.

Timm and Crabtree Guide Owls at
Live in Lou Classic
The Kennesaw State men's and women's cross country teams raced at the Live in Lou Classic at E.P. Tom Sawyer Park on Saturday morning. In the men's 8k race, freshman Grant Crabtree guided the Owls. Crabtree ran a personal-best time of 24:59.0 to finish 32nd. Gavin Frick posted a time of 25:03.4 to secure 38th.

North Alabama Showcase
KSU men's and women's cross country teams competed at the North Alabama Showcase at John Hunt Cross Country Running Park on Friday morning. In the men's 8k race, Gavin Frick paced the Owls with a time of 24:55.11 to secure 79th. Caroline Timm guided the Owls in the women's 5k race. Timm ran a time of 17:00.99 to finish 12th.

Owls Secure Second in Dual Meet
With Clemson
13 members of the Kennesaw State men's and women's cross country teams competed against Clemson in a dual meet at Noonday Park on Friday evening. The Owls took home a pair of second-place finishes. Gavin Frick led the KSU men in the 6K race with a time of 18:56.44 finishing fourth. He was followed closely by Grant Crabtree in 5th.
