Sullivan and Mines Pace Owls at
Roy Griak Invitational
21 members of the Kennesaw State cross country team competed at the Roy Griak Invitational on the Les Bolstad Golf Course Friday. The women placed 11th picking up a pair of Power Five wins over Miami and Cincinnati. The men took home 18th place. Emma Sullivan paced the women in the 6k, posting a time of 21:57.0 to finish 29th.

James and Berger Pace Owls at Stan Sims Cross Country Opener
Nineteen members of the Kennesaw State men's and women's cross country teams competed at the Stan Sims Cross Country Opener at Allatoona Creek Park on Friday evening. The KSU women finished second and the men took home fourth. In the men's 5K, freshman Dillon Berger posted a time of 15:32.33 to finish 29th and pace the Owls.

Owls Welcome 45 in 2023 Signing Class
KSU Track and Field and Cross Country announced the 2023 signing class with 31 women and 14 men. The class is highlighted by multiple state champions, a U20 National Champion and an Adidas Indoor National Champion with athletes from Georgia, South Carolina, Alabama, Tennessee, Florida, Nebraska, New Zealand, New Jersey, Massachusetts and North Carolina.

Williams and Timm Pilot Owls at
ASUN Championships
The Kennesaw State cross country teams competed in the ASUN Cross Country Championships Saturday, Oct. 29 at John Hunt XC Course. The women's team took home 4th place while the men finished 9th. Caroline Timm earned ASUN First Team All-Conference. Sarah Hendrick got ASUN Second Team All-Conference honors.

Kennesaw State University has formally accepted an invitation for membership within Conference USA.
Kennesaw State will start the transition from the Football Championship Subdivision (FCS) to the Football Bowl Subdivision (FBS)
following the 2022 football season.
The Owls will officially join Conference USA (C-USA) for all sports July 1, 2024.

Timm and Crabtree Lead Owls at Arturo Barrios Invitational
The Kennesaw State cross country teams competed at the Arturo Barrios Invitational on Saturday. In the men's 8k, Grant Crabtree led the Owls with a time of 25:05.3 to finish 76th. Koi Williams ran a time of 25:14.2 and secured 93rd. He was closely followed by Gavin Frick who took home 99th with a time of 25:17.1.
