Sullivan and Mines Pace Owls at
Roy Griak Invitational
21 members of the Kennesaw State cross country team competed at the Roy Griak Invitational on the Les Bolstad Golf Course Friday. The women placed 11th picking up a pair of Power Five wins over Miami and Cincinnati. The men took home 18th place. Soph Joseph Mines led KSU in the men's 8k race.

James and Berger Pace Owls at Stan Sims Cross Country Opener
Nineteen members of the men's and women's cross country teams competed at the Stan Sims Cross Country Opener at Allatoona Creek Park on Friday. The KSU women finished second and the men took home fourth. The women were led by Anna James who ran a time of 17:31.77 to place fourth.

Owls Welcome 45 in 2023 Signing Class
KSU Track &Field and Cross Country's signing class includes 31 women and 14 men highlighted by multiple state champions, a U20 National Champion and an Adidas Indoor National Champion with athletes from Georgia, South Carolina, Alabama, Tennessee, Florida, Nebraska, New Zealand, New Jersey, Massachusetts and North Carolina.

Williams and Timm Pilot Owls at
ASUN Championships
KSU competed in the ASUN Cross Country Championships Saturday, Oct. 29 at John Hunt XC Course. The women's team took home 4th place while the men finished 9th. Caroline Timm earned ASUN First Team All-Conference. Sarah Hendrick got ASUN Second Team All-Conference honors.

Kennesaw State University has formally accepted an invitation for membership within Conference USA.
KSU will start the transition from the Football Championship Subdivision (FCS) to the Football Bowl Subdivision (FBS) following the 2022 football season and officially join Conference USA (C-USA) for all sports July 1, 2024.

Timm and Crabtree Lead Owls at Arturo Barrios Invitational
Cross country competed at the Arturo Barrios Invitational Saturday. In the women's 6k race, Caroline Timm paced the Owls for the third consecutive meet. She posted 20:28.9 to finish 6th, ranking 2nd in school history. Sarah Hendrick finished 13th at 20:54.4, 3rd in school history.
