Sunday's Match at The Citadel Canceled
For the second time in a row, Kennesaw State's season opener has been canceled. The Owls were slated to face The Citadel on Sunday afternoon following Thursday's cancellation against Coastal Carolina but will no longer due to poor field conditions. KSU's next scheduled match will be at home against Memphis this Thursday at 7 p.m. The Tigers shutout Southern Miss 6-0 in their season opener on Thursday evening at the Track and Soccer Stadium.

Carolina Canceled Due to Weather
The Kennesaw State soccer team will have to wait a little longer to kick off the 2025 season as the Thursday night clash with Coastal Carolina has been canceled due to inclement weather. The game is not expected to be made up. KSU's next scheduled match is against The Citadel on Sunday at 2 p.m. The Bulldogs are coming off a draw in The Citadel's season-opening clash at Presbyterian.

Cahill Cements Full 2025 Schedule
Heading into his second campaign, coach Chris Cahill finalized the 2025 women's soccer schedule Thursday afternoon.
The ledger is highlighted by nine home matches and three in-state battles.
KSU begins its 24th season of competition at home with two exhibition games versus Presbyterian (8/4) and Troy (8/10), with both matches occurring at 7 p.m. at Fifth Third Stadium. The Owls will host the Memphis Tigers Aug. 21 for the regular season home opener.
Cahill Adds Three More to Incoming Class
Continuing to stack talent going into year two, coach Cahill cemented three more dynamic players for the incoming class of 2025 including two transfers and one freshman.

Played over 600 total minutes for the nationally ranked Bulldogs. Scored first collegiate career goal against Florida. Named to SEC First-Year Academic Honor Roll.
Rivera Cements KSU's First Soccer
All-Conference Postseason Award
Forward Tianna Rivera notched women's soccer first ever postseason CUSA All-Conference honor with a second team nod. The accolade marks the 6th of her career while being her third post-season All-Conference award between the ASUN and CUSA. The graduate led the team in goals scored with 8, tied for 5th in CUSA while 6 goals came vs CUSA opponents. Her 7 scores were the most of any Owl since Macie Rainwater.
